Ok, bit of a weird issue.
I have a PS4 hooked up to my TV with a 20m HDMI lead. I couldn't get a picture at first until I added an HDMI booster at the TV end which is powered by USB.
My SkyQ box is connected by a different 20m HDMI lead and HDMI booster. The leads follow the same path around the room.
I have a perfect picture via SkyQ.
My PS4 however cuts to a black screen at what I thought were seemingly random intervals.  I have now learnt that this can be triggered by activating my reclining sofa, although it also occurs at other times.
I am presuming that there is some sort of power interference or interference on the HDMI cable.
Swapping the inputs over confirms that the issue is always confined to the PS4.
Can anyone give me any idea as to what is going on here and how to solve it?
The SkyQ and PS4 are connected to a different power outlet to my sofa. The power for the USB also comes from yet another outlet.

What TV do you have?
Is it a standard PS4 or the Pro?
Are you outputting SkyQ in HD or UHD?

Wow , nothing short of a minor miracle that you got a working signal using a 20 meter HDMI cable.
8 meters is the limit for a pass on full bandwidth category 2 testing.
This , in a nutshell, is almost certainly at the heart of your problem.
20 meters is more than twice the limit for HDMI , so boosters or not , this is going to be somewhat unstable.
At those distances you should be using HDMI over Fibre or HDMI over Catergory Cable.

Yes as above, almost certainly the HDMI cable length.

Considering you have the fault on the ps4 and not the SkyQ, I was leaning towards you having the Pro and outputting UHD and only HD on the Q.

Are you in fact using fibre optic HDMI? If so take the boosters out the equation.
