Tablet recommendation :)

Never owned one so could do with some guidance on buying one.

Its to hang on my kitchen wall somehow and be used for controlling a harmony hub, hue lights, heating thermostat. Also be used for watching TV and would be handy to have expandable storage to add music.

Big and Nice looking screen for the TV side of things.

Also, what OS do the apps require for the Harmony and thermostat? Are they available for Apple iOS, Android, Windows?
