Stream from Android to Android?

Hi, I have some videos on my Android phone that I would like to watch on my Android tablet , how can I stream from one device to another without wrapping the files?

Run Dropbox on both devices and files will be automatically accessible on both.

Need to find a dlna app, I used to use upnplay but Plex might be easier to serve on your phone and receive on your tablet. there's some others out there though
