Good acting, wimpy, over emotional characters.
This is an enthralling drama on high seas. The actors do a very good job. But the characters, just aren't what I would call worthy of defenders of the national boarders. The XO armed with an automatic pistol was less capable of defending herself than an unarmed girl scout in a street fight. I seems like the characters are un-professionally trusting of the criminals they have on board with them. Maybe the director wants to put the Australian Navy in a very pacifist light?It is sill a quality drama, and worth a look see.
