Classic tale from Norwegian folklore
It's the old 'fight the monster to save the princess' storyline but it's based on Norwegian folktales. It feels a little too simplistic at times but the scenery is breathtaking and the cultural differences interesting, which leads to quite an entertaining movie overall.score 7/10
