Truly a disappointment
Absolutely nothing clicked in this film. Patinkin may as well have been playing Inigo Montoya, Davis was over the top and Thompson's character was as shallow as could be. Grant, I believe, attempted to be Chopin - but only Peterson gave a credible performance.As far as any musical validity let's not even start.
Don't waste your time.
