A Beautiful Ghost
Wow...I know Anton from his eye with a camera...But, give this man a story in his favorite field of music and he does not disappoint. The story from the books I have read was spot on. Not one detail was left out. The black and white really gives you the feel of Manchester and the music. Cold and dark...The light is in the eyes of all. Sadly Ian was crying out in a time too early.I loved this film...But. then I am a musician with my own demons. This picture is intense no doubt...Not a date flick...But, if your into Biopics and Rockumentaries...The music of Joy Division can be felt. You feel...You smell...You are transferred back into a time when music was one of the few ways out of a dismal life. And just because your out...doesn't change who you are.13453
