Fuel pump inaccurate

hi, I’ve just put fuel in my car at a Gulf station. My car has a 90 litre tank and had about 10 still in it. I apparently put just shy of 95 litres in so I complained to the attendant who said I needed to pay and they would contact me when they looked in to it. He didn’t want to give me the receipt but I eventually got a duplicate. When I got in the car it was only half full! I have taken photos and a video showing the pump and my gauge. My question is who do I contact to complain about this, is It trading standards? Thanks

Unfortunately I haven’t and as a taxi driver I’m not allowed to carry fuel cans! Strange but I don’t know why

Trading standards. If you got a 5 litre fuel can,go back to the pump and fill it with 5 litres of fuel, will soon show if something dodgy is going on.

Where are you? Perhaps I could go and fill up a Jerry can.
