I can't remember how I did it but think only discovered Reacher with the publication of The Enemy so I'm guessing started chronologically.

The first few are great and guess, for me, was helped as at the time was something different, but now "jack reacher" seems to be a genre of its own. The last few have been very samey but the latest book is a much better return to form.

I believe I have a couple of the Rain novels on Kindle, always seem to crop up in lists akin to Reacher etc

have you got round to reading them? If so any good?

The first one in the series seems to get some stick by mentioning something in Japaneses and then explain what that means, but one of the later ones does not get any marks below 3.
I said before Iwent an bough a series on the back of reading 3 chapters of the first book then the rest of the book bored me to tears.
