My pleasure mate data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 Grab these though - either take a walk down to Forbidden Planet, or grab the first one for less than a fiver from Amazon:

I've got the first 3 volumes & can only echo what else has been said...they are freaking awesome data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Just hope the rumoured TV series doesn't ruin it totally

You need to buy these books if you even remotely like Zombies.

Also like mentioned before the Marvel Zombies saga is pretty good & a lovely little spin on the Marvel Universe.

Finally picked up Volume 1 today after another 30mins lurking in Waterstones. I still want to catch up on some X Men but I literally haven't a clue where to start...Civil War, Ultimate, Uncanny.....the list goes on !

Atleast Walking Dead had a number one on the spine //static.avforums.com/styles/avf/smilies/clap.gif

Taking away from the OP a bit, but Ultimates and Civil War (not all the extras, just the main collection) can be read in any order - they are not linked (but I am no expert in the Marvel universe.)

I read Civil War (looooong after it was released), loved it, then read Ultimates 1 and 2, not read 3 yet.

Theydon is right, pretty much any comic these days can be read whenever, the earlier releases are generally best read in order but even then you can get away with it. There are some which are supposed to flow but generally order isn't of importance unless it's obvious by naming.

Volume 11 of the Walking Dead just arrived from Amazon today - looking forward to reading it. It's probably one of the darkest series of comics I've ever read - absolutely brilliant. Just have to read the most recent volume of The Boys first - Garth Ennis easily has the most twisted mind of any comic writer data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Diverting from the OP of Walking Dead, but The Boys is excellent. Ennis as usual is one sick puppy, and well worth a read - lots of adult content, so mature readers only, or rather mature readers with a sick and warped mind that like superheroes to get a beating only. Does not quite trip of the tongue though....data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
