Gits! data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

On a serious note however, I am hoping that more people are going to buy the combo packs of the JL comic so that DC roll it out across all of the 52 in the future as a standard feature. I think that would be a great way to get people to buy more print versions.

I would happily pay the slightly higher cover price to get both.

I bought the combo pack from FP, but over a week and it STILL has not arrived or anything other than 'processing' I have rung repeatidly (they must be ****** over someone ringing four times for an order worth £4) but its getting on my tits now.

Well I was very impressed by both Green Lantern and Red Lanterns, can't wait to read more.

Apparently mine will arrive between 13:30 and 14:30. Nice to have a courier company that sends you delivery details so you don't have to wait in all day.

Yep, the guys that deliver my stock do that. It definitely comes in handy!

Just read Green Lantern, Suicide Squad and Frankenstein. I really enjoyed the first two but I'm not too sure about Frankenstein as I didn't think that the story was up to much and I really don't like the style of the artwork.

Batwoman is another strong Bat title with a supernatural story and nice artwork to boot. In the past have Batwoman stories always been supernatural in nature?

I read swampthing #1 last night,

I like the different pace(feel) it had from the other comic I've read so far but that's about all. It's on my maybe dropping list I will wait to issue #2 before making my mind up. I have a nice wee pile of comics to still read this week.

Read Grifter #1 yesterday - have to say I'm not too sure. Parts of it were really good, then other parts seemed disjointed and I didn't really understand what was going on - the skipping from point to point in time didn't really help. I'm going to give it another go though, as I really want to like it, the artwork is wonderful and in fairness, I was having a day of mayhem yesterday so it might just have been me...

I really enjoyed Grifter although the plot does share a bit of a passing resemblance to Resurrection Man (which I also enjoyed) in places which is a bit unfortunate.
