Then you've clearly not understood what Ken Livingstone said today. In which case I suggest you read the biography of Hitler by Ian Kershaw.

I think most reasonable people will criticise Israeli policy on a whole host of issues. But we have Jews effectively fleeing Paris and top level politicians should simply know better than to use the kind of language we have seen from these pair of untermenschen (irony based joke alert).

I think that the rider most of the grassroots might be more apt. Many of Corbyn's fellow travellers are taking quite a different tack on social media. I'd agree that the response of the sane bit of the party has been fairly robust though.

The loons always tend to be louder on social media. Some haven't even bothered to think about what Ken said and are instead scared it's an orchestrated attack on Saint Jezza. Then you've got the virulent anti semitic twerps harassing various Labour MP's over it.

Theres no crisis in the Labour party. More like theres no crisis like the Labour party.....

Trigger Alert.

They are different:

Jew = a member of the people and cultural community in any country whose traditional religion is Judaism.

Zionism = a political movement in any country for the continuing development and protection of the Jewish homeland in Israel.

Israel = a country between Jordan and the Mediterranean Sea.

Currently, Hitler does not fit in the above definitions. History of course is another matter altogether.

I wish political people would get off their high horse and loosen up.

Looks to be the best way to get this subject out onto the "street", so it can be properly discussed, to define and set some proper definitions to some of the language used in this subject.   Far too often people are shouted down by the likes of John Mann and his ilk for the slightest criticisms of the Israeli government, frankly he was embarrassing thuggish and unpleasantly rude when confronting Livingstone.

Ken reckons Hitler supported Zionism.

There was this in Mein Kampf.

I think part of the problem is too many phrases are used interchangeability and they mean different things to different people..
Anti-Semitism is often described as the worst sort of racism.   All the Jewish people I know are Caucasian Europeans, the same race as I am.A large proportion of Israeli Jews are of European/Russian descent (not sure what proportion).Yet people on here still come out with phrases like:"The US is very Jew friendly, not so much for other brown middle eastern peoples."I wonder how many Israeli Jews think of themselves as Brown Middle Eastern?
