I shot the Queen (and several more royals), still just happy rather than proud though.

I used to have to stand guard with the bear hat. Respect for those guys and girls doing that.

I'm not young but I can't imagine why on-balance anyone with a brain would feel proud of this country to be honest. For everything we have done that is positive, we have done more that is negative in my opinion. Further, the powers that be let our country get walked all-over left, right and centre. Perhaps the people in charge of our country could try to do something to make the young feel proud, but that ain't going to happen is it? They're too busy lining their own pockets.

MPs do, peers don't. Not sure what you're on about.

I mean her Christmas speech. I bet not many stand anymore when her glorious image appears on the television screen and hits our retinas.

I was proud the army showed the other services how to march on an important occassion without tick-tocking.

I always thought of her doing that in the manner of an after dinner speaker. It's done at 1500. I wouldn't stand for an after dinner speaker. I stand for the loyal toast. Note 'Andrew' doesn't since Charles II.

Probably always a minority after feasting on the Christmas turkey.

The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (UK) consists of a group of islands off the western coast of Europe. The largest, Great Britain, comprises three countries: England, Scotland and Wales. Ireland, to the west, consists of the UK’s province of Northern Ireland and the Irish Republic. There are several offshore islands and island groups, the largest lying off Scotland.
The UK is a union of four countries: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. The Crown dependencies (the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) are largely self-governing with the UK responsible for their defence and international relations and are not part of the United Kingdom

I think there are many people in the "UK" that don't feel "English" data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
Winner is there is a poll for the UK but just England?
