I read today that a certain Remainer has been issuing death threats to the likes of Guido Fawkes, Andrea Leadsom and couple of other MPs. "If you attempt to take away part of someone’s identity, there are consequences. We have watched as you have led us to the edge of the abyss." etc.Quite despicable but it just shows the depth of feeling that exists out there and I can't see the Remain camp just rolling over anytime soon particularly if the impact assessment proves correct

Apparently the sender wrote: "We were born in Britain, we live in the UK, we are European."
Funny to think that we were British and European before the EU existed, we will also be British and European after the EU organisation has gone.
What's being displayed is the same old confusion and mixing up between European countries and the bureaucratic organisation in Brussels.

As for Brexit, its going bad, slipping from what it should be. Go for 'Hard Brexit' if need be. I don't believe the fearmongering. If the shock of hard Brexit is the way the cards fall, markets, business, peoples decisions and efforts, all organically adapt to new circumstances and we make the best of what we have in front of us. On the continental side of things, again I don't believe the fearmongering. The reactions of business and the pressure they will put on their now vocally difficult governments will be such that things carry on and obstacles won't be as serious as doomsaying Remainers try to say. Meanwhile with a proper Brexit and quickly done we'll be free to pursue whatever else we want straight away.
I also want rid of this Prime Minister - and her awful Home Secretary too - because of their worrysome authoritarian tendencies, their failure to clearly defend western pillars of enlightenment and their weird infection by elements of leftist ideology despite notionally heading a conservative government. Get rid of the idiots !
