I get this delivered tomorrow.

Does anyone have one already or have experience of one?

Thx

Had one for a bit, very impressed with it and surprised that the heart rate monitor is as accurate as my Polar H7.

OK Ben, if you need anymore info don't hesitate to ask. The sleep monitoring stuff is all rather odd. It definitely works though. Tuesday night my sleep was very restless thanks to our son getting into our bed and the sleep monitoring stats were spot on. I reckon I can see everytime he kicked in the nuts on the graph!

I've been using mine for over a week now and have found that you need to move the strap up your arm when exercising for an accurate heart rate reading as stated in the instructions, once done the accuracy is comparable to my Polar H7 chest strap when exercising but is not giving me an accurate resting rate, I am around 48 bpm when sitting but this is showing me at around 60 bpm.

I have also read that it is not that accurate for high intensity workouts, not a problem for me as I train around 120-130 bpm max but something to be aware of.It also went mad on the flights of stairs reading the other day stating that I had climbed 45 instead of around 10, apparently the weather can affect this reading.

I am also finding the battery life is around 2-3 days instead of the claimed 5 which may make me return it.I do think it is a generally good product but still needs some refinement and cannot make my mind up wether to keep it or not.

I think this wearable tech needs another 12-18 month to sort out accuracy and battery life, then we will see what they can really do.

I think you may be right sadly.

The Apple watch may help to improve things with this technology but for me the Fitbit charge HR is an almost product and I have decided to ask for a refund.
