Newbie without a clue

Just started vaping, been off the smoke for 2 weeks now.

My mother converted to e-cigs a while back, and her contact has sorted me with a starter style kit.

Been using a CE4 style Clearomizer and a no name eGo-T battery.

Looking to upgrade to something decent, but honestly no idea where to start.

Kanger Aerotank? What will I need with it?Anywhere do a decent starter kit?

So much stuff out there but what about your budget. This would help fellow vapers to point you in the right direction.

Without liquids (have those) probably 50-60 is this enough?

I'm sure others will find a nice setup for that amount and have some fantastic options to try.
Sadly I don't know much on the devices out there as the first good device was my Provari purchased a number of years back which was a great purchase and very reliable. I just stuck to it as it just worked which is what I wanted.
I've recently purchase the SX Mini and I will see if that's on par with the Provari.

I'd probably recommend an iStick 50w or 30w. Along with an Aerotank or Nautilus Mini or the Silo tank. The iStick will then do for anything should you decide to upgrade tanks further down the line, sub ohms tanks, rebuildables etc. I'd probably recommend the Aerotank as you will can use re-wickable NatureVape coils or Unicoils. Which can cut costs if that's what you're looking to do. Or if you want to just replace a coil every week or two then probably one of the others.

You can pick up the iSticks cheap currently. I posted this earlier in the main thread. The 30w works out to about £28. Best value for money would be the 50w.

Anyone after an istick 50w they are 25% off at EleafworldUK. £41.24 that works out to. Then use code PLANET you get a further 20% off. £32 from EleafUK/TW.

Highly recommend an Eleaf 20w and a Nautilus Mini. I was in the position like you a couple of months back and cannot rate them highly enough.

I was a bit septical at first after i had used a pentype but this was a totally different experience.

Hi,

I have the iStick 30w & it is a brilliant bit of kit - superb (also ordered the 50w today thanks to a tip from S3rv3D) - you will be very happy with one of the iSticks. I would opt for the 30w/50w if your budget can allow - the 30w version fixed a few issues that the 20w one had but they are all good & if money is really tight, the 20w can be had quite cheap now as it is the older model.

I have the Aerotank V2 & love it - great tank & I like that I can rebuild the heads & recoil if need be. The Nautilus Mini is also extremely well regarded with a huge fanbase although I have not tried it myself.

I was in the same situation as you some months ago & got great advice here - the last two posters have given great info & that which I followed pretty much!

Suave!

Istick 30W and Nautilus Mini.If you smoked fags like i did ( inhaled to mouth and then drewback ) then this setup is a good option.

I would skip the 20w and go straight to the 30w. The 20w had a few issues that were ironed out in the 30w and 50w versions.

Picked up a 30w local this morning.

Grabbed a kangar genitank as well. Wow, that's different gravy!

Currently got it set on 12.5W as it tasted very burnt all the way up at 30W

Is this normal?
