connecting ps4 pro
hello all, I have a question about connecting a ps4 pro to my pioneer vsx923 amp. I have no picture on my tv (pioneer pdp 4280) but the amp is flashing pcm. I am using the supplied hdmi cable (hdmi 2.0) I wondered if I will have to use a hdmi cable from ps4 to tv and get sound via optical?I will probably upgrade my tv eventually. if anyone has the answer I would be grateful thanks. have just connected ps4 to my pc monitor and it works fine, ive set the video output to 720p. is there any other setting I should change in ps4 menu?. please excuse my daft questions.
