Video problems

Hello everybody.

So my new build has some problems, 1st would be that the video cuts random mid game, only happened while playing Shadow of Mordor so far.
To fix this i have to restart and everything works fine after that, sometimes for a few hours, sometimes as little as 30 minutes.
Also while playing in both Shadow of Mordor and World Of Tanks i have a transparent wave that moves from bottom to the top of the screen.
If anybody has any idea how to fix this i would appreciate it.
I considered the PSU not being powerful enough but after some calculations it turns out that i need 400 something watts and my PSU is 600, i must also note that its a second hand PSU and i noticed that one of the cables has no power, i dont need it but it seems suspicious.
The GPU is also second hand.

sounds like you bought a lemon of a GPU. Can you test in another system?

Already did, ran one week with no problem

can you borrow another gpu and run in your system?

No such luck, tho if you ask me i wont blame the GPU since it ran fine in other build.
Any other reason you can think about? Im tempted to change the PSU since it would be the only 2nd hand part that has a problem im aware about, its my 1st build so i dont have much experience.

Have you checker everything is seated properly (all cables, ram etc) also how is the GPU connected to the screen and have you tried a different cable ?

Checked multiple times.
I did not but i cant see why the PC would restart itself because of a cable, i use HDMI

Are you running the latest drivers for the gpu? Also have you tried running DDU to remove them completely and reinstall them?

Done, also running a fresh windows 10 pro

Could be the psu then like you say, especially since you said one of the cables has no power there is a chance not all is well with it. Could order decent one from amazon and mayb return if issue is still there?
Tested ram sticks one at a time and in different slots etc?
Does it seem to run all fine if not in game?
