New build help.

I just finished my new build, the problem is that it freezes or gives me a blue screen when i open games and sometimes while just doing nothing, when i get 2 sticks of ram in it's almost seconds after booting, if i only keep one in it can last for hours but eventually the result will be the same, tried switching slots but the result is the same, the blue screen error is clock watchdog timeout.
The thing is that it either gives me a blue screen or just freezes for good, never together.

I need to mention that i use the SSD that was in my older pc, which had an intel, this one is an AMD but i dont think this is as much of a problem.
I considered a bad PSU or Motherboard but i want to hear what you think.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that i did a full stress test that kept my CPU at 100% and GPU at 70-80% constantly for several minutes with no problem what so ever.

SPECS:
600W Integrator PSU
Motherboard: B450MDS3H
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2x4GB 3200
GPU: Radeon Saphire NitroRX 570 8GB
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600X

Your description certainly does sound like its a RAM issue. It's been years since I have had to tackle an issue like this but I remember Memtest being a useful app to stress test RAM. Do you have funds just to replace the RAM entirely. You could always RMA the RAM you have. I recently bought 32GB of Vengeance that was DOA.

You say you used the SSD out of your old system, you did do a format and clean install on it didn't you ?

Ok so i just opened up my pc for the 4th time and noticed that the SATA cable connected to my SSD had "HDD" wrote on it, so i changed the cable, in the same time the GPU was not properly seated, i have been playing on it for about 20 minutes now and everything seems fine, i feel like a total moron right now, anyway id understand the freezes but i did not expect it to give me a blue screed that said that the CPU is being told to do more than it can, still have to test it for a few more hours but it seems to me that its kinda solved, im a newbie when it comes to PC building, this one was my 1st.

The sata cable being labelled "HDD" wont have made a difference. Poorly seated GPU definitely will tho!

I figured, since than it froze once more but it took waaaaay longer, just installed a new windows, half an hour in, all seems good, i still have to see how it behaves during gaming sessions.
