Stalker Online
With the early access launch on Steam coming on the 15th. I thought I'd give it a whirl. Spent the day playing it and it's still a long way from being ready. A number of missions have not been translated from Russian and what has been translated has been done very badly. You can work out what's going on but it's not ideal. But I think that's part of the charm. For all its faults, I've rather enjoyed myself. It's atmospheric and there is that constant feeling of doom as you wander around.It's been tricky working out what to do as its not like you can alt-tab to look for help as all the support is in Russian. At least the wiki translates into English ok.
I don't know if there will be a big update in time for the Steam launch but at the moment expect a tough ride working out what to do.
