Cable management suggestions for a granite desk

Hey, I have a granite desk so I can't drill holes into it easily without some special diamons saw.

I'd like to hide/manage cables ofr my speakers/amp/dac/pc/monitor. Any suggestions please on some neat and easy solutions?

If you're handy, make something to hide it all/incorporate it into. Hides a multitude of sins:

There may be some ready made monitor stands you could use or adapt to do the same job.

You could use some trunking to hide the cables to the PC (mine runs above the skirting but no reason you couldn't use this between the PC and the monitor shelf if the PC is on the desk).

Also, self adhesive Velcro is very useful as are the under desk cable tidy storage boxes from Ikea.
