Just pulled the Trigger on Ryzen 3rd gen & Navi

OK, after much anguish and research, I just pulled the trigger on a new gaming setup:

Case: NZXT H500 (black & Red)
Mobo: MSI X470 Gaming Pro ATX
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GFX: XFX AMD Radeon RX 5700 8GB
RAM: Corsair Vengence 16GB (2x 8GB) DDR4 3200 Mhz C16
Storage: Adata XPG SX8200 Pro 512 GB
PSU: Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 750w

Bits should all arrive just before the weekend. I'll put up a completed build pic once done.

I went with the 3600 and not the 3600X as I think it's slightly better value. The same goes for the RX 5700 and not the 5700 XT).

I could have made the same argument for going with a B450 mobo instead of X470, however, I think the limitation to only 1x M2 drive might be a problem in the future. So I went X470 instead.

Thoughts? Questions?

Oh, I forgot to add the peripherals. These are the bits I already own that I will use with it:

Monitor: MSI - Optix MAG241C Full HD 23.6" Curved LED Gaming Monitor - Black
KB: Roccat Ryos MK
Mouse: Roccat Kone Pure
Cans: Logitech G930 - Wireless 7.1

I personally would have waited for the aftermarket coolers to hit for the 5700.
The blower styles are loud and not very good at cooling (going from previous generations).
As for M2, the actual real world difference between Sata3 and M2 is not noticeable in every day use. I have an M2 port on my current and previous motherboard, yet have not felt the need to change my Sata 3 SSD to M2

Yeah, I think you are right to be honest. I should have waited.... I held out for almost 2 months whilst waiting for the Ryzen 3rd genNavi launch... and my patience clearly snapped :-D

You could always buy one of these: Raijintek Morpheus II Core Black Heatpipe VGA Cooler
Be warned, it takes up 5 PCIe slots with fans however

Woah! That's HUGE, and for 55 quid! Bloody hell....

It is, but it knocks a hell of alot off the blower cards. And you can potentially use it on other GPUs
