Taking photos and other problem with the Samsung 10 Plus

Hi I am having a couple of small problem with my Samsung Phone I went to take a photo last night and i had this x10 come up on the screen which had a graph going from 0 to 10 it would not let me take a photo while this was on the screen. So I lost the chance of taking a photo..It does not happenevery time I take a photo just sometimes it goes on the screen. Is there a way to stop this coming on or if it suddenly appears how to get rid of it. My second problem is sometimes whet i go on to my phone it asks me to sign in why does it do this when i have fingerprint & face security again it does not happen all the time just sometimes. Hope someone can solve this for Me thanks

Not sure with the first one as I don’t own a Samsung phone. But the second issue, you say it sometimes asks you to sign in? Sign into what? Whenever you unlock your phone it should be either face unlock or finger prints depending on which you’ve setup. If it’s anything like iPhones, if the phone is turned off and back on(or reset) then when the phone turns back on it will ask for a pass code for security. Apart from that your phone should not do anything else whilst trying to unlock the screen

If you pinch/zoom when the camera is open you get the zoom scale - that goes from 0-10, but you should be able to press anywhere on the screen to remove it and take a photo.

If it happens again, take a screen shot (Hold the POWER VOL DOWN button) and post it here.
