Micro sd for 4k 60fps

Hi, I don't understand something about micro sd, I'm sure someone here will be able to answer me: I need to record videos at 4k 60fps on my galaxy s10 plus phone, but I don't understand which micro sd I need... I read about speed, uhs 1 or uhs 2, U1 or U3 and stuff like that but I didn't understand what's the right micro sd for my phone to record at 4k 60fps...
Do you think a micro sd around 95 reading and 90 writing speed would be enough for 4k 60fps? Or it would be good up to 4k 30fps only?
Could someone explain me something more about it please?
Thank you so much

A class 10 would be enough if you use the hevc codec during recording on the phone (Samsung offers this).

Otherwise a U3 or V30 card will definately work.

Ok so with a U3 v30 i can easily record at 4k 60fps is it right? Is the same with action cameras like gopro hero 7 black for examples?
What's the reason I should buy a uhs 2 with v60 or v90 up to 275mb/s (they are really too expansive)? In what situation I'd use them?
Thanks again.

None?

I rarely record video so I may be talking crap here.

How about recording to the internal memory? Then just move the files to SD.
I'm thinking that internal data rate will be faster than that rate to the SD? If so the SD speed matters less if you just use it for final storage.

Yes it's true, internal storage is far more faster but it's only 128gb (less than that) and you need space for every app and other things, so I'd prefer to save my records to the sd, so I was wondering why I should use a v60 or v90 uhs2 up to 275mb/s.

He was saying to record to the internal memory and then transfer it (deleting from the internal memory). Save spending loads on the absolute fastest and best cards. You’re not recording 50gbvideos in one go? Maybe have a read of this and decide.
The best SD cards you can buy for your DSLR camera

I understood what he was saying, but if i need to record plenty of 4k 60fps videos I think it's not practical to transfer each one of them from internal storage to sd card everytime...
I'll record lots of videos and I would need to directly save them to the sd card.

hyperfish Publish time 27-11-2019 22:52:45

Maybe it's not for you but the transfer could be automated with Tasker.

Mmm tasker is interesting, tomorrow I'll better check it, thanks.
Regarding my previous question, does someone know what a sd uhs2 v60 or 90 up to 275mb/s can do compared to a sd uhs1 u3 v30 up to 175mb/s? Except 8k stuff, in what case I should use the faster card?
What about 360 degrees videos?
Thanks guys, I hope someone will answer my quite strange question, but online I don't find a clear answer.
