Is there a better time of the year than any other for phone deals?
Hi all,The wife wants to get an iPhone (probably the XR) and we're wondering if there is a better time of the year than another to try and get one (either with or without a contract)?Would it be much cheaper waiting until Black Friday and seeing what deals there are then?

G The best time to buy a phone is either just before or after the next model is released, and seeing as manufacturers tend to release at different times of the year it really depends on which phone it is, take Huawei phones they are announcing the p30 Pro in the next couple of days, so the p20 pro will likely take a price cut if buying sim free and the contract deals will become cheaper, same will be true for apple, new model announced/ released, old model becomes cheaper, so it will be around September/October time I beleive that apple announce and show off their new models That's great info.Thanks. I don't really care what network.She's currently with Virgin, but I have no problems changing! Just be sure to verify the signal for x network at home / work / frequented places.
