St3vet, is it possible to use the app without schedules? i.e. just log into the app as needed and raise/lower each specific blind as needed?

Yes it is.You are able to manually operate individual blind, groups of blinds, called Rooms or the whole set.

I have heard back from Neo Smart Blinds. They acknowledge the limitations in the scheduling aspect of the App that are affecting me, and tell me that they are on their todo list.

I'm guessing they give any indication of timing or high high or low this is on their list of priorities?

No indication of priority was given, the wording was something like, don't have a timeline yet for these features to be released

St3vet,

I received my hub and set it up last night. It was pretty straight forward.

I noted the last update was June 2019. Not sure if you've updated the app but I still can't see a function to able/disable the schedules. The only way to do it still seems to be as per your wife's suggestion or delete them and add them and add them again. (Your wife's suggestion is the better of the two obviously.)

I'll try to email them and make the suggestion too.
