Unknown lighting scene controller

Hi, does anyone know what company produce this scene controller, I found it in a holiday inn hotel reception where there is an up coming refurb but the maintenance guys do not know where the main panel is so I have no clue?

Looks a bit like an older GE Lightsweep system. I would suggest removing the bezel and have a look inside to see if there are any manufacturers stamps or serial numbers.
