Looks like a good upgrade.

I definitely want one, i had the old model for a week, and liked it but didnt like the bulkiness and award corners, terrible if you wear a shirt, looks like thats all fixed.

Its not that much of a upgrade on 2nd looks, only added Barometer for height and changed to the smooth design.

No extra battery life, no extra features.

But added £50 to the RRP.

If its already ingrained in your life its worth an upgrade for a nicer look, maybe ill get a cheap v1 when they all get sold to see if i will continue to use it.

Looks like its Nov 19th for shipping in UK

Hopefully they've addressed the problems with scratching, alongside issues of comfort.

The first band had a retail price of £169, this was recently reduced to £149 with the band 2 being imminent, so saying it has a £50 price increase isn't strictly true.

The screen is now gorilla glass, so should not scratch, guess thats another upgrade

Looks good, I never go for first gen gear and was put off by the straight edge which everyone was moaning about.. This looks nice and has GPS!

It does look good; i think I would just wear it for runs/golf though to help extend the battery life for what I want to use it for.

Can anyone confirm whether the Heart Rate data can be sent to Runkeeper (the free version and not behind their paywall).I'm also interested in the golf functionality.
