Amazon Fire 4K not displaying 4K on supported TV

I just got an Amazon Fire TV 4K and it is connected to my Sony Bravia XBR-65X750D TV and my reference guide says that all 4 HDMI ports support HDCP 2.2 & 4K Resolution but when I go into display settings for my Amazon Fire I cannot switch from 1080p 60Hz to 2160p 60Hz. What do I do?

You must set 'Enhanced HDMI' to enabled in the TV input settings.

If you still run into trouble, try replacing the hdmi cable with a certified premium high speed hdmi cable.

I do have my TV on Enhanced HDMI and I have the Amazon 4K directly into the port which has its own HDMI male

I don't know where you reference guide is from, but it may be wrong. The XD75 only supports the full bandwidth on ports 2 and 3:

I’ve tried port 1 & 2 and port 3 is my ARC Stereo system

I think you have to use the HDMI extender which is provided with the fire tv stick. That will be compatible with that. If you have not been provided with the HDMI extender then you have to arrange it from somewhere. I have the issue connecting it on my Dell PC and I got the
Dell error code 2000-0142, then I have to use the extender HDMI port.
