Have you tried contacting the company?

Of course! The company and him personally. Nothing

Whats the details of the piece of kit you need to connect to? and are you using a laptop to connect to it?

It is a system based onthe key elements in the pictures. It is supposed to be set up through a basic Excel sheet on a laptop, but the installer disappeared before leaving me the instructions and connections to actually do it.

Are you familiar with any of the components pictured?

Wow, cannot help I’m afraid but it looks like a load of stand alone controllers so good luck trying to get it all working! I’ve not come across anything that is programmed via an excel spreadsheet, maybe you mean there was to be a spreadsheet to document your needs regarding scene setting or button functions, and they would program the disparate elements to suit from there.

Other than searching for specific documentation on each installed device I cannot see what else you could do at this stage.

Sorry mate, I've had a look and can't find anything relating to that kit.

nickhol Publish time 2-12-2019 23:23:36

Thank you both.

@neilball you are right. The Excel sheet only served to update a *.ini file or something like that with dimmer settings for each of the system channels (each associated with a set of lights)
