@ukguy2k If above is right, probably not going to be enough to run a decent card.  Look at upgrading the PSU first.

I'd suggest returning both.

That graphics card is slower than your integrated graphics. The 128-bit DDR3 one is the slowest variant of the GT730 as it's using an older chip. There are some comparisons between your integrated graphics and the substantially faster GDDR5 version of the GT730 here:

The PSU is also unlikely to be any more capable than your current one, cheap no-name PSUs are often massively over-advertised.

You don't give a model, but looking at the typical 'Ace 500W' PSU on sale it can only deliver 18A at 12V, which is the voltage used by most components these days, including the most power hungry ones like the CPU and GPU.

18A at 12V is 216W, the same you'd get from a normal 250W PSU, e.g.

It also apparently lacks the PCI-E power connectors you'd expect to find on a reputable 500W PSU which you'd need to use the extra power for a graphics card.

That smacks to me of computer fair advice. A complete waste of money for your system and hopefully you can return them.
