Fair enough, that wasn't clear from the way I watched the two clips independently.  If you can see the whole incident start to finish it's easier to judge what's going on.
I can't believe that they're suggesting the Juke driver is blameless - I was taught not to overtake on roundabouts but that doesn't seem to be legal advice just common sense accident avoidance.
