Returning lease vehicle - another point of view

The car has gone back and looking at the damage it didn't look to bad. However the lease company arval have now applied the £195 charge. To me it looked less than 15mm with no paint damage they are saying more then 15mm with paint damage (actually there returns department are saying the limit is 10mm which is another story). Hence the request for an independent view.

I did disagree with the interpretation of the inspection and charge but they just replied the charge applied and have taken it on a direct debit (there is another car on lease).
