anyone ever used "fordpartsuk.com"?

i was looking at a timing belt kit for a focus, £87 from dealers and £67 on fordpartsuk.com. just wanted to know if they're ok, genuine parts etc.

Any experience?

No but I've used Allen Ford Shop - Genuine Ford Parts & Accessories for the Focus, S-Max, Mondeo, Fiesta, Galaxy, Transit, Ranger, Fusion before and I've not got any complaints.

used Euro Car Parts, Cheap Car Parts - Euro Car Parts UK before with no problems.  parts are oem spec.

Used FPUK a few times, never any issues so far.

FPUK under each item have message:
Availability: All shop items are carried in stock, however availability changes constantly. If the part(s) are not in stock on the day the order is placed, we ask to allow 7-10 days for the receipt of goods.
Looks like they don't keep stock only they place order to supplier, when received order from You.
3 days after paid and placed order I didn't receive any email about dispatch or delivery. Contact with them is very bad by phone, 4h by email. If all will be fine I will get my parts after 5 days from placing order.
