By CCTV surely 'dashcams' would be included in DPA meaning anyone in the UK would need to filter identifying features (numberplates, facial images) of any uploaded material.
Excellent question - it may be that the law is behind the technology - or there may be some subtle difference between attended and unattended recordings etc?
