Back in the day we once found a can of lager in the back of a mates cupboard which was 8 yrs out of date, sure the can said '94 and is was '02 or something like that. We were half cut anyway so guzzled it. Pretty rank but drinkable.
As to next day opened cans (lager or cider) ive put em back in the fridge and found them rather yummy!

Or the beer was altered to some super strength über larger while it sat festering and made him loose all memory of ever drinking or writing about it......or not.

If there's a lot left in last nights non-refridgerated open tinny though you're best to distribute it among the next 3 or 4 chilled freshly opened beers for minimal noticeable loss of fizziness and temperature. I would guess

Reading this thread that was originally posted 10 years and 5 months ago...

I got here because I searched for "Is it okay to drink a beer that's been open for a few days?"

I don't think I will take the risk, I don't wanna end up like Wormvortex.

Could of used it in a beef stew. Quite frankly, why wasn't it all consumed in the first place, would be my underlying question
