Similar to above but this time placed into a small loaf tin.
                                                                               

I forgot how much it would rise and so it stuck to the cling film cover.
                                                                               

About 20 minutes in the oven. Bit of a lunar landscape happening.
                                                                               

But if you close your eyes it tastes just like, bread.

Not made any bread for ages, so a quick bloomer last weekend. Not sure why the crust went as dark as it did. Wasn't burnt, just dark. Tasted great and didn't last long.
