Does anybody know if and where I can purchase real cheese curds in the UK to make authentic Canadian Poutine?   On the handful of times I've tried UK Poutine, it's been a damn travesty of standard melted cheese and gravy.

Oh, and Tater Tots, anyone know where to buy Tater Tots in the UK?  Not croquettes, Tater Tots, there is a difference, one is mashed and breaded, the other shredded and fried.

I wonder if cheese curds are something you could make at home? They are produced quite early on in the cheese making process so should be quite easy to produce from milk and Rennet.

I think there may be some distance between our definition of "easy".   Milk and rennet to make a junk food staple?  Ain't nobody got time for that!
