last one i had was 30% off, got 4 different flavoured 2kg bags for about £70

i have a small home gym in garage, use proteinworks due to the 30% off codes they give out, but i wouldnt substitute a meal for a shake.  Just eat better, cut out crap and stop snacking as much, then use protein shakes post, pre or during work outs.  always tastes nicer with milk, but best adding water.

for morning i always eat porridge, huge bowl, load of flaxseed with either a bit of golden syrup, honey, maple syrup or lemon curd.  this is usually about 7:30, sometimes slice of toast after, and never feel hungry till the evening.  If i skipped breakfast i'd prob feel hungry later and end up snacking on crap

Just get yourself a Nutribullet or similar and add the porridge, milk\water, banana, blueberries, peanut butter (protein powder) etc... it'll blend to the same consistency as a protein shake and means you'll be drinking your breakfast as you wanted Win\WIN......

0% fat Greek yoghart , walnuts, protein powder and vanilla essence , is my new pre bed time snack about 9pm , gets me through till breakfast nicely
