Yes I have done several in the Army, was a Combat Medical Tech attached to deed heed paras lol and had too hit their training standards (which were tougher than my trade for gods sake) used to kill me, they were great lads really .

The bleep test was part of our annual fitness test when I was in the Police , I was pleased to say that I could get into double figures (level 13 iirc) for max points until I retired aged 50 .
I used to chuckle when I saw people half my age dropping out before double figures , it wasn't that difficult .
