Just get something 75w  and that can read down to 0.25 will be good. Most good and new will be ok tho.  Just a few off top of head.

Coolfire 4 100w tc
Smok r80
Sigelei 75w
Cuboid mini 80w
Sure others will suggest some i cant think of..

Ive got a sigelei 90w plus and i love the big 26650 batts last good while even at high watts happily reccomend that.
If want built in battery a coolfire 4 100w tc 3300mah i think  would do quite nicely.

Remember will need 3x 18650 batteries for that. Ecoluxshop or torchy on ebay. Samsung 25r are good.
