Absolutely, or he's just thick. It can stay in the capable hands of Iccz I'm not gonna feed him.

Stopping smoking for me had to click that switch on in my brain and after that it wasn't a matter of trying so much but just dealing with the withdrawal and understanding what was going on and why - which is what made it bearable and surprisingly very very easy.

Crazy dreams for months after tho... totally mental.

You have to be a bit special for it to take you 30 years before realising smoking is bad for you. Lmao.

Errrr, I think you will find it was YOU who asked what was wrong with ME first,  not the other way round.

As I said, keep up with the thread please, it's tedious having to go back and correct blatant inaccuracies.

If I get a reaction from those who are pretending to have stopped smoking, that is their problem, not mine.
