Question Good affordable monitor for Xbox One S

I don't know anything about gaming on an Xbox but my grandson plays action games on his and I recently heard him bemoaning the fact that he has it linked to an old tv and he says that it is not very good and he would really like a decent monitor. Does anyone on the forum know of a decent monitor which won't break the bank.
