Set up of new xbox

Can't get this new xbox to work .the light won't stay on therfore can't set it up.

What Xbox is it? Also do you mean the Xbox light on the actual console or controller?

If the console isnt staying on then id assume its a power supply issue.

It's a xbox one s
It's the console light that goes on for a few seconds then turns off.Great Xmas day present lol

Thanks. I changed the cables and it worked.. Put original cable back it and it worked! All good now
