Question xbox one x video setting with 32ud99

hi i have just brought new monitor, the 32ud99 ... 4k hdr monitor.

I want to know how can i have the best performance with it.

i have two questions :

1 - Color depth : can i set it 30 bit with this monitor?

2 - Color space : Can i set it to PC Rgb?
