Yes there are standards for Anti-Vandal, it is a IK rating for the camera on a 1 - 10 scale. 10 being the best. But it’s useless unless all of the cabling is fully armoured as well. Exposed cabling needs to be in steel conduit or flex-armour. There is also an EN standard EN62262 for impact protection that the camera or camera housing should conform to. Polycarbonate domes will protect a lens to a degree, but cameras should not really be positioned where they can be interfered with easily. If vandalism is a real issue, bullet or box cams in a metal armoured housings with armoured cable management should be used in preference to dome cameras.
