Odd issue

Simply my high end custom gaming PC recently had a issue with a non functioning ssd drive not showing up refusing to work.
I have repaired it just enough to get some data off important stuff. I have hooked it up to transfer but the transfer numbers are high. My guess about 2000 items but the exchange is stating it at close to 56,000?

Are you sure there are no hidden folders? For example if you're copying your user folder it'll include the AppData folder which has all the program settings and saved data in it.
