How do I watch TV over HDMI on tablet?

I have a Samsung S4 Tablet and would like to watch TV on it from my Virgin Media Tivo box.
So I was wondering what do I need to make it all work over HDMI and display on the tablet?

I don't think you can - don't work as a screen really - I'm not that familiar with Virgin, is there an app for streaming their services?
