How to install android 7 on Acer Tablet

I have an Acer Iconia One tablet, the model number is B3-A20. It is running Android 5.1 currently and I would like to upgrade to Android 7.

Is this possible to do manually myself? If possible can someone explain the steps required? I have no problems losing any default Acer apps.

I'd like to know this as well, as I have an Acer Ioconia Tab 10 with Android 6 on it.  I did a google search and while there are instructions, getting the files is a problem as all the downloads I've found want personal details from surveys or offers etc before a download will start.
