Key Info on my wrist?

Hi,
For health and work reasons, i need access to some text infos (access codes, people updates) which currently on paper. If i could bluetooth each morning to something like a smart band it would be so useful. Would be impractical to use phone or be constantly paired. Not much infos (maybe 50 small text values). What lower price band or similar could do this whilst phone not paired to scroll view info. Needed in a care environment relating to people infos that can change early morning {pair then disconnect). Could get broken so cheap as possible.

Sounds like you will need a cellular watch or at least one with wifi. Then you could save the required info in your calendar/email or Evernote and access it wherever you are on your watch, regardless of if your phone is nearby.
